Cancellation Policy

Health & Safety Guidelines

Should you need to change your appointment,
we kindly request 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled service.

Cleaning Health & Safety Standards

We have always had sanitation procedures in place to protect our guests.

  • Our treatment rooms will be disinfected between each client and all linens on the table will be changed.
  • Your therapist will thoroughly wash their hands before and after your session.
  • Your therapist will wear a face mask if requested.
  • Your therapist will wear an apron if requested
  • The front desk area is being disinfected regularly.

Your Appointment

Dragonfly Clients:

  • If you are feeling unwell for any reason, please call and cancel your appointment.


  • Please do not enter the building more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, unless you are a new client (15 minutes) or have not visited in over a year (15 minutes).

    We ask that you donít bring any extra people with you to your massage session. Parents must accompany children under 18 to their appointments.

    Please consider bringing your own water bottle to hydrate yourself. We will still have water available upon request. Please ask if you need water.

  • Please feel free to mask if you feel it's necessary.

  • Upon entering the upstairs lobby, please check in with the receptionist and take a seat.

  • Your therapist will take you to the treatment room as soon as possible. If you wish them to mask and/or wear an apron, please ask at this time. The will happily comply.

  • You will be able to chat with your therapist & be given time to use the facilities.

    After the session:

    Please feel free to wash your hands and/or use the hand sanitizer in the treatment room or the lobbies.

    Your therapist will return you to the lobby. If the desk is free, you may check out with the receptionist.

    If another person is checking out, we ask that you take a seat in the waiting room & approach the desk when their transaction is complete.

    Remember to follow instructions at the desk to help keep everyone healthy.


Ennis Chiropractic Patients:

  • If you are feeling unwell for any reason, please cancel your appointment


  • You may come directly into the office at your appointment time.

    If you are more than 15 minutes early, please wait in your car until your appointment time.


  • Please feel free to mask if you feel it's necessary.

  • Upon entering the upstairs lobby, please check in with the receptionist & take a seat.

  • Dr. Ennis will wear a mask if requested.

  • After your adjustment:

    Please feel free to wash your hands and/or use the hand sanitizer in the lobby.

    If the desk is free, you may check out with the receptionist.
