Dr. Ennis is a Centre County native and has been in private practice in downtown State College since January 2000. He joined Dragonfly in April 2013. Brad is a 1995 graduate
of the University of Pittsburgh and a 1999 graduate of Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Ennis' focus is on the Neurostructural Correction of the spine and
nervous system. He has taken over 100 hours of advanced chiropractic neurology and structural training seminars. Brad has a keen interest in pediatrics and maternity chiropractic. He also has a vast amount

Services Provided
New Patient Appointment:
If you have never seen Dr. Ennis before, you MUST schedule as a new patient. This will give the doctor adequate time to assess your chiropractic
needs and speak with you about a treatment plan.
15 Minute Chiropractic Adjustment:
- Adult - $55
- Children 17 & under - $42
Consultation:
Ennis chiropractic accepts Primary Medicare policies ONLY.
Ennis Chiropractic is an out of network provider for other Health Insurance Policies.
Payment will be expected at the time of service.
If requested, Ennis Chiropractic will provide you with a monthly account of your visits and fees to submit to your insurance. This does not guarantee reimbursement from your
insurance company as all companies have different reimbursement policies.
Nutritional Supplements
It is often difficult, and sometimes impossible to get all of our daily nutrition from the food we eat. Please feel free to ask Dr. Ennis about nutritional supplements that will aid you in
maintaining your health.
