Cancellation Policy

Should you need to change your appointment,
we kindly request 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled service.

Dragonfly's Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.

Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments will incur a fee.

In the case of services that are less than $25, you will be charged the entire appointment fee.

In the case of services over $25, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

An exception to this policy, is a spa party. Please refer to our Spa Party page for that policy.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Illness and weather will be taken into consideration
